We provide expert, professional care to our clients with the utmost compassion. Established in 2002 by Founder Yvonne Braithwaite. Who’s client-centered philosophy of care recognizes that everyone is different and that each client has individual, social, physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological needs. Whenever possible the care provided incorporates the preferences, needs, aspirations and cultural beliefs of each individual into the treatment plan. We strive to be sensitive to race, culture, ethnicity, gender, age, abilities, religion and sexual orientation Our skilled, qualified and caring team of health care providers make the difference by providing sensitive, responsive, client focused care that will enhance and promote independence, comfort and wellness. Where possible, clients are taught how to care for themselves and regain their independence. Clients, families and other can participate in the initial planning and ongoing development of services. Our scheduling coordinators match client needs with our trained and available professionals. There is ongoing communication and follow-up with both the client and staff. Regular supervisory visits are made to ensure clients are receiving the best possible care.

Nursing
Clients, families and others are all active partners throughout the Nursing Care process. Our nurses make every effort to inform clients, families, caregivers and others about the proposed treatment so that they can participate fully in treatment decisions. All of our RN's and ENA’s are registered with the Trinidad & Tobago Nursing Council.

We will work with family doctors, home support services, community agencies and other health care providers to ensure that our clients and their families receive the relevant care and services required.

The confidentiality and privacy of our clients is respected. Information in the medical file and Patient report log will be provided only to designate persons with your consent, or under legal orders. All nurses work independently and within a team structure. Nurses provide their own transportation and are flexible with the schedule.

Our Management team will answer your questions and will listen to any feedback, concerns or complaints you may have and ensure an atmosphere of mutual trust and agreement.

Through contracted services and our own specialty-trained staff, we are able to provide a wide range of other services to meet the specific needs of our clients as required.
